These Terms of Service govern your access to bladeorbit.com and your purchase or use of products and services offered by BladeOrbit. By visiting the store, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Store Platform
Our store uses third-party ecommerce infrastructure to offer products and services. Your purchase agreement is with BladeOrbit.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the store on behalf of another person or business, you confirm that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
3. Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, natural material variation, manufacturing updates, and photography may cause minor differences in colour, texture, appearance, or packaging. Product availability, specifications, prices, offers, and descriptions may change without notice.
4. Product Use and Safety
BladeOrbit products must be used carefully and according to the instructions supplied with the product. Knife sharpening involves sharp edges. Use a stable work surface, handle blades with care, and keep products and sharpened knives away from children.
You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your knife and intended use. Do not use a product on unsupported blade types or contrary to its instructions.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD), unless another currency is expressly shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Taxes, shipping fees, discounts, and other charges will be shown before the order is submitted where required.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or misuse of a promotion.
If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the amount charged for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Promotions, Bundles and Complimentary Products
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. Complimentary products have no cash value and may require the qualifying products to remain in the order. Returns involving bundles or complimentary products are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless BladeOrbit expressly provides a guaranteed service. Priority Processing moves an order forward in the dispatch queue but does not guarantee faster carrier transit or a specific delivery date.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
10. Acceptable Store Use
You must not use the store to violate applicable law, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with store security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store using automated means without permission, or infringe the rights of others.
11. Intellectual Property
The BladeOrbit name, branding, store design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to BladeOrbit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the store in accordance with these Terms.
12. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photo, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person's rights. You grant BladeOrbit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for store operation and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The store may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, or other services and may link to third-party websites. BladeOrbit is not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, or services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BladeOrbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer rights.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BladeOrbit against claims, losses, or reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.
17. Severability and No Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales unless applicable consumer law permits or requires another forum.

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date.
